The problem

Proposals are the slowest part of winning work.

Nothing here is a vanity metric. These are the three constraints every studio recognises in its own pitch process.

2–4 h

to write one tailored proposal

Scoping, phasing, pricing and re-reading — the same afternoon, every time a lead comes in.

Dozens

of leads pitched per month

Studios answer far more briefs than they win, so most of that writing time is never billed.

1st

reply often sets the frame

Speed-to-proposal shapes the conversation: the first credible, priced document anchors scope and budget.

What you get

Built for the way you actually send work.

ENFR

Native English & French proposals

Written in the target language from the start — not translated afterwards, so pricing, tone and legal phrasing read natively.

PDF

Editable sections + branded PDF

Rewrite any section in place, then export a clean branded PDF or copy the whole thing to your clipboard.

Reusable brand voice

Set tone and service defaults once; every new proposal starts from the way you already write to clients.

Why we built it

I built Pitchscribe because I kept losing evenings to the same document. The work was won on the call; the proposal was just the paperwork standing between a yes and an invoice — and it still took me half a day to get the scope, phasing and price straight. So I wrote the tool I wanted: paste the messy brief, get a document I'd be happy to put my name on, edit the two paragraphs that are always specific, send it. We don't have a wall of logos to show you yet, and I'd rather you judge it on the demo than on a testimonial.

Questions

The four things people ask first.

Will it sound like generic AI writing?
It writes in the tone you pick, from your brief's specifics — client name, constraints, deadlines, budget band. Every section stays editable, and most people rewrite one or two paragraphs before sending.
Does it price the work for me?
It produces a priced table with a short rationale per line, based on the budget band and scope you give it. Treat it as a first draft of your numbers, not a quote you're bound to.
Is my client data used to train models?
No. Briefs are sent to the model to generate your proposal and stored in your own account, visible only to you. We don't train on them or share them.
What if the proposal isn't good enough?
Re-run it, tighten the brief, or edit sections directly. And you can test the engine on the public demo before creating an account — nothing is hidden behind signup.

Your next proposal can be written before the call notes go cold.
