Terms of service

Last updated August 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of Pitchscribe. By creating an account or using the public demo, you accept them.

1. Parties

The service is operated by Pitchscribe SAS, established in Paris, France, founded in 2026, reachable at contact@pitchscribe.site ("Pitchscribe", "we"). "You" means the person or company using the service.

2. The service

Pitchscribe turns a brief into a structured, priced proposal draft in English or French, and lets you edit, store and export it as a branded PDF or copied text.

3. Accounts

You need a verified email address to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account.

4. Plans, quotas and billing

Free includes 2 proposals per month. Solo (€19/month) includes 20. Studio (€49/month) is unlimited within fair use. Quotas are enforced server-side and reset monthly. Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

5. AI accuracy disclaimer

Proposals are generated by a large language model. They are drafts. Scope, timelines, prices, legal statements and claims produced by the engine may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You must review and edit every proposal before sending it to a client. Pitchscribe gives no warranty that generated content is accurate, commercially sound or legally compliant, and you remain solely responsible for what you send.

6. Your content and ownership

You own the briefs you submit and the proposals you generate, edit and export. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train models.

7. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
  • No attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits or authentication.
  • No resale of raw engine output as a competing generation service.
  • No submission of personal data you are not entitled to share.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, email and AI generation. Their availability affects ours, and their terms apply to the parts they operate.

9. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not commit to an uptime figure on any plan. Maintenance and interruptions may occur; we announce planned downtime when we can.

10. Support

Support runs by email at contact@pitchscribe.site, with a target first response of one business day.

11. Intellectual property of the service

The software, interface, brand, prompts and documentation remain the property of Pitchscribe. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Where we process personal data contained in your briefs on your behalf, we act as processor and only on your instructions.

13. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event, or €100 if you use a free plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost contracts, including losses arising from a proposal you sent without reviewing it. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

15. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

16. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

These documents are practical templates written for Pitchscribe's current product, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review them before charging customers.
